We understand that there is no shortage of paving companies for you to choose from, but we want you to know that when you schedule a job with Pavemaks, we’re there when we say we will be and we promise to do your job the right way. No shortcuts, and no extra steps.
Servicing New York and New Jersey, Pavemaks started as a small operation in the landscaping industry in the beginning of 2020; in fact, in its infancy, it was a one-man show. When the pandemic hit, the business refocused its scope to paving. As jobs started to roll in thanks to word of mouth referrals and small online advertising campaigns, we recruited family members into the business – fast forward to 2022, and we’ve now expanded into multiple well-oiled, effective and functional teams.
We are a small, hardworking, family-owned business that prides itself on going above and beyond for each and every one of our customers. We have three full-time teams, complete with a general manager, operations manager and senior civil engineer:
Together, all three teams specialize in laying between 500 tons and 1000 tons of asphalt per week. To date, our largest project required Pavemaks to lay 750 tons in one day.
To us, it’s imperative that we educate our customers throughout the paving process. Black top isn’t as straightforward as it may seem; math and measurement are critical components that go into determining what type of asphalt is best for your project to ensure the result is a long-term, successful solution.

Trust is important to us, and to our business relationships. We won’t sign up for a job if we don’t think that it’s necessary. If we believe that you can save money with repairs, then we will not propose redoing an entire area. Conversely, if your project requires a complete overhaul, then we won’t suggest band-aid repairs or quick fixes – it’s all about the full cycle of asphalt and identifying your best, most cost-effective, and safest option.
We are passionate about paving… paving projects AND paving a foundation to establish enduring relationships.
